Yes. Your Cloud team runs on a dedicated VPS (Hetzner, EU region) — your own isolated environment, not shared infrastructure. Your data stays on your VPS and is never shared with any other customer. The only external connections are strictly technical: to Google Vertex AI for the AI model (prompts are sent encrypted and not kept for training), and to Discord for agent communication. Backups are automatic and encrypted. Your files, tasks, conversations and documents remain under your control.

Yes, your team is fully editable anytime from your AgentInstall dashboard. To add an agent, pick its role, personality, tools and work schedule in the configurator — the Discord bot is created and activated automatically. To remove an agent, one click is enough: we handle Discord bot deactivation, config cleanup and scheduled task updates. You can also adjust an existing agent's role, schedule, tools or system prompt anytime.

Discord was chosen for several technical and practical reasons. First, it's completely free with no message limit — unlike Slack which caps at 10,000 messages on the free plan. Discord natively supports bots with a robust API, threads for organizing work by project, voice messages, audio/video calls, and file integrations. The interface works across all your devices (desktop, mobile, web) with perfect sync. The platform is stable, performant, and its API is well documented. Slack support is planned for a future AgentInstall version, and Microsoft Teams further down the road.

Under EU consumer protection law, if you're a private individual (acting outside your professional activity), you have a 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal from the purchase date, without having to justify. To request it, email support@agentinstall.dev with your order number. Full refund within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of your request, by the same payment method used at purchase. Business customers (legal entities or individuals acting in their professional capacity) don't benefit from this right of withdrawal per applicable legislation.

Every morning, your Leadership Agent presents a structured roadmap with clear priorities (urgent, follow-up, on track). You decide what moves forward, what waits, and what changes. Follow-up emails, quotes, documents — everything goes through a validation zone you approve before sending. If an agent proposes an action you don't want, you edit or reject it with one Discord message. Over time, your agents learn and adapt to your management style.
